Shipping details
We roast and pack orders in small batches, then send them out within 1–2 business days. After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking details when your bag is on the move.
If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate replacement, refund, or next step.
At this time, Harrowgate Coffee Roasters ds3v ships within the United States only. We are not yet offering international delivery, but we will share an update when that changes.
